Salmon Trapped: The evolution of Alaskan Political Culture and it’s role in the Fisheries Crisis is an article being co-authored by this scholar. Her goal, while at Grey Towers, was to spend dedicated time on the manuscript to craft a paper suitable for publication.
“My time at Grey Towers provided the perfect space to work on my project about conservation in Alaska. The rhythm of my days spent writing in the Scholar Tower and walking on the grounds was ideal for writing. Everyone I met was so helpful and I even saw a bear my last morning – I like to think “Smokey” paid me a special visit to encourage the completion of my article.”
